My name is Adam (or Ádám), and I founded Sound Solutions Hypnotherapy. I'm originally from Hungary but now based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

I feel fortunate to have met remarkable mentors who shaped my path with their wisdom and kindness. Their guidance sparked my journey to become a helping professional. Though some are no longer here, I strive to pay their generosity forward.

In 2018, an insightful conversation led me to explore this career actively. It's been an exciting process of training courses, discussions, and voracious reading.

In 2021, I discovered the transformative power of the Solution Focused approach. My meditation journey also taught me that change is constant, as new insights arise daily.

After careful reflection, I chose Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as my primary approach. This method uniquely aligns with my personal and professional values.

Since May 2023, I've had the privilege of volunteering as a caller with Let's Keep Talking. This organisation provides free support without a formal referral or lengthy assessment process. As a Trainee Solution Focused Practitioner, it's deeply rewarding to employ my skills to help people from a varied background while honing my ability to ask relevant Solution Focused questions.

I look forward to combining my experience, empathy, and expertise to help clients overcome challenges and thrive. The blend of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, meditation, and hypnotherapy offers a holistic path forward.
