I could wax lyrical about my time as a lawyer in the Hungarian tax office (thrilling, I know) or how I’ve spent countless hours honing my craft as a musician. I could even throw in how I’m currently navigating the fast-paced world of a back-office environment of a pension provider and working as a hypnotherapist (because nothing says ‘excitement’ quite like pensions, right?).

Our coaching sessions are conducted online or via phone, offering flexibility to suit your needs. Each session lasts 50-60 minutes, providing ample time for focused work towards your goals.
When you engage in a coaching session with me, you can expect a highly focused conversation using the Solution Focused approach. Here’s what our work together might look like:
Goal Setting: We’ll define what you want to achieve. The SF approach is all about moving towards your desired future state.
Resource Identification: Together, we’ll explore the strengths, skills, and resources you already possess that can help you reach your goals.
Solution Building: Rather than dwelling on problems, we’ll focus on constructing solutions. This involves visualising your ideal outcome in granular details.
Scaling Questions: We’ll use scaling techniques to help you gauge your progress and identify small, achievable steps forward.
Exception Finding: When the individual circumstances require, we will first discuss the times when the current difficulties were less severe or absent, using these insights to build a different future.
Conclusion: You will define if the session was helpful for you, what you are taking away, and what you might do differently after our discussion.

Additional Options: Integrating Meditation
As a qualified meditation teacher, I can incorporate meditation techniques into our coaching sessions if desired. While our primary focus will be on Solution Focused coaching, we can include brief meditation practices if you feel it would be beneficial. This optional addition can enhance self-awareness, reduce stress, improve focus, support emotional regulation, and potentially boost creativity.
Pricing
I believe that coaching should be accessible to those who need it. Therefore, I offer a sliding scale pricing model. The average price is £50.00 per session, but this can be adjusted based on what you can afford. We’ll discuss pricing openly to ensure it feels fair for us.
